AGROINDUSTRIAS KOKEN Of the PERU, our own plant in Junín is inspected and registered as it plants organic po Skal along with the International his infrastructure and process of production. In this plant the macas dried to the sun are processed and turned SUPER MACA KOKEN.
Product processing
Our AGRO-INDUSTRIAL plant is in the province of Junín, to 4.105 meters on the level of the sea, being the only company installed in this locality.
 
Selection
We selected the maca drought to the sun, according to its quality, color and size, to begin industrialization.
 
Processing
Super Maka Koken prepares according to a flow grama previously established, looking for to maintain and to conserve the nutritious qualities of the maca. We appreciated the milling process, one of the most important processes for the manufacture of Super Maka koken.
 
Packing
The empaca product in a sterile atmosphere (UV - Ozone) being fulfilled strict norms of bioseguridad.
 
Microbiological control
 We made the microbiological examination by each lot of our production.
